Simple & Easy Notification Service와 Cloud Outbound Mailer가 2026년 12월 17일에 Simple & Easy Notification Service로 통합될 예정입니다.

각기 다른 2개 서비스의 통합 이후 Mail 서비스는 Simple & Easy Notification Service의 프로젝트 형태로 제공되며, 기존 Cloud Outbound Mailer 서비스의 리소스와 작업 이력은 Simple & Easy Notification Service로 이전됩니다.
Simple & Easy Notification Service 서비스 통합 안내에서는 서비스 통합에 따라 변경되는 사항과 이용 시 주의해야 할 사항을 설명합니다.

Simple & Easy Notification Service 사용 가이드는 계속 업데이트됩니다. 서비스 통합 시점(12/17) 이후에는 반드시 최신 내용을 확인해 주십시오.

서비스 통합 개요

Simple & Easy Notification Service에 Mail 메뉴가 추가되며, 메뉴 및 프로젝트에 Mail 서비스를 추가해 사용합니다.

Cloud Outbound Mailer 서비스와 통합 후 변경 사항

서비스 통합에 따른 Cloud Outbound Mailer 서비스의 통합 전후를 비교한 내용은 다음과 같습니다.

기존 Cloud Outbound Mailer 서비스 이용 고객에게는 Mail 서비스만 사용하는 Simple & Easy Notification Service 프로젝트가 자동으로 생성됩니다.
자동 생성되는 프로젝트의 이름은 mail-UUID 형식으로 임의 지정됩니다. 프로젝트 이름은 Simple & Easy Notification Service 콘솔에서 확인해 주십시오.
기존 Cloud Outbound Mailer 서비스의 리소스 및 작업 이력은 생성된 Simple & Easy Notification Service 프로젝트로 이전됩니다.

주의

이전되어 자동으로 생성된 프로젝트(mail-UUID)를 삭제하면 기존 Cloud Outbound Mailer API를 더 이상 사용할 수 없습니다.

프로젝트 삭제 후에는 Simple & Easy Notification Service에 신규로 추가되는 API만 사용할 수 있으므로, 기존 API를 사용 중인 경우 프로젝트를 삭제하기 전에 반드시 신규 API로 전환을 완료해 주십시오.
기존 Cloud Outbound Mailer 리소스 기준으로 생성한 Cloud Activity Tracer 서비스 설정은 통합 이후 수정이 필요할 수 있습니다.
서브 계정 권한 정책은 통합 이후 권한 범위가 의도한 대로 설정되어 있는지 반드시 점검해 주십시오.

Resource Manager 변경 사항

서비스 통합에 따라 Resource Manager 서비스에서 관리되는 리소스 정보는 다음과 같이 변경됩니다.

Mail 서비스의 프로젝트 리소스가 Simple & Easy Notification Service 리소스로 추가됩니다.
기존 Cloud Outbound Mailer 서비스의 리소스 및 작업 이력이 Simple & Easy Notification Service로 이전됩니다.
리소스의 NRN, 리소스 유형(ResourceType) 이름, 작업 내역(액션) 이름이 Simple & Easy Notification Service 기준으로 변경됩니다.
기존 Cloud Outbound Mailer의 Unsubscribe 리소스 유형은 제거됩니다.

주의

Cloud Outbound Mailer 서비스의 리소스 유형 또는 액션을 기준으로 Cloud Activity Tracer 서비스의 트레이서를 생성해 둔 경우, 통합 이후 해당 트레이서가 정상 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다. 변경된 Simple & Easy Notification Service의 리소스 유형과 액션을 기준으로 트레이서 설정을 수정해 주십시오.

Sub Account 변경 사항

서비스 통합 이후 Cloud Outbound Mailer는 Simple & Easy Notification Service의 Mail 서비스로 제공됩니다.

Simple & Easy Notification Service는 프로젝트 단위로 권한을 제어합니다. 이에 따라 Cloud Outbound Mailer 통합에 따라 생성되는 프로젝트에 대해서만 권한이 이관됩니다. (신규 프로젝트 별개)
이에 Mailer 이전에 따라 생성된 프로젝트에는 기존 Cloud Outbound Mailer 권한을 보유한 서브 계정에는 대응하는 Simple & Easy Notification Service 권한이 자동으로 추가됩니다.

기존 Cloud Outbound Mailer 권한은 삭제되지 않고 유지됩니다.
메일 발송, 조회 및 변경에 필요한 Simple & Easy Notification Service 권한과 연관 권한이 함께 추가됩니다.
자동으로 추가되는 권한은 Cloud Outbound Mailer에서 이전된 프로젝트를 대상으로 적용됩니다.
전체 리소스를 대상으로 하는 권한은 프로젝트를 지정하여 제한할 수 없으므로 권한 적용 범위가 확대될 수 있습니다.

주의

View/getProjectList, Change/createProject, View/getBucketList 권한은 특정 프로젝트로 적용 범위를 제한할 수 없으며, 전체 리소스를 대상으로 적용됩니다. *, View/, Change/ 와 같은 와일드카드 권한도 전체 리소스에 대한 권한으로 적용됩니다.
서비스 통합에 따라 서브 계정의 권한 범위가 변경될 수 있으므로, 통합 이후 반드시 권한 정책을 점검해 주십시오.
- 기존에 Simple & Easy Notification Service 전체 권한을 보유한 서브 계정은 통합 이후 Mail 서비스의 발송, 조회, 수정 권한도 갖게 됩니다. 의도하지 않은 권한 확대가 없는지 확인해 주십시오.
- Cloud Outbound Mailer 서비스를 사용하지 않고 권한만 보유한 경우에는 권한 자동 매핑 대상에 포함되지 않을 수 있습니다.
  - 필요한 경우, Simple & Easy Notification Service 권한을 직접 설정해 주십시오.
- 자동으로 추가되는 Simple & Easy Notification Service 권한은 신규 Simple & Easy Notification Service 프로젝트에 접근할 수 없습니다.
  - Simple & Easy Notification Service 전체에 대한 권한이 필요한 경우에는 별도로 권한을 추가 설정해 주십시오.
- 통합 이후에는 서브 계정별 정책과 리소스 적용 범위를 점검하고, 업무에 필요하지 않은 전체 리소스 권한은 제거하거나 범위를 조정해 주십시오.

이용 요금 확인 방법 변경 사항

전환 월부터 Mail 서비스의 이용 요금 내역은 Simple & Easy Notification Service에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

전환 이전까지의 이용 요금 내역은 기존과 동일하게 Cloud Outbound Mailer 서비스에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
크레딧 및 할인은 SMS, 비즈 메시지, Mail로 구분되어 적용됩니다. 기존 크레딧 할인 범주는 동일하게 적용됩니다.
